Client : GoTravel App

The client is a travel app that allows users to book flights, hotels, and car rentals all in one place.

Objective:

The objective of this project is to improve the user experience of the travel app in order to increase user engagement and purchase rates.

Project Summary:

This project focused on improving the user experience of the travel app through UX writing. The goal was to make the app easier to use and understand, and to make the booking process more straightforward and efficient.

To provide more information about the project, I can share some specific examples of the changes we made to the app's copy.

One area of improvement we identified during our content audit was the language used in error messages. We rewrote these error messages to use simple, conversational language and provide clear guidance on how to resolve the issue.

We also made changes to the onboarding messages that users see when they first open the app. We found that users were overwhelmed by the amount of information presented to them during onboarding, so we simplified the messages and broke them up into smaller, more manageable chunks.

Throughout the app, we focused on creating a consistent voice that was friendly and approachable. We used active voice and avoided using jargon or technical terms wherever possible.
